Service Delivery Policy

Mereden provides digital services only. We do not sell or ship physical products. This page explains how and when our services are delivered.

1. What we deliver

• Expert review and scoring of AI model outputs
• Evaluation questions, reference answers, and rubrics written by verified experts
• Vetted domain experts supplied for an agreed number of hours or tasks
• Reports summarising evaluation results

2. How delivery works

All work is delivered electronically. Depending on your order, we deliver through the Mereden platform, a shared secure folder, an API, or email. Files are usually provided as spreadsheets (XLSX or CSV), JSON, or PDF reports. No physical shipment is involved and no shipping charges apply.

3. Delivery timelines

• Pilot projects: usually delivered within 5 to 10 business days of payment and receipt of your instructions.
• Larger projects: delivered in batches on the schedule set out in your order form or statement of work.
• Expert staffing: experts are usually matched and ready to start within 3 to 7 business days of confirmation.

The exact timeline for your order is confirmed in writing before you pay. If we expect a delay, we will tell you before the due date and agree a new date or offer a refund under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Confirmation of delivery

We email you when each delivery is ready. You have 14 days from delivery to report any problem with the work. After that, the delivery is treated as accepted.
